Lights Camera Action and Earl

I was stationed at Ft. Hood TX right after basic training.

I was trying to get my wife to move from Rockford IL to Texas with our twin boys.

She had a degree in theater arts, so I got involved with the Fort Hood Little Theatre to attract her to the culture. I became a sound and lighting tech. Now days, I would be considered a "geek".

Bill Parker became a friend. During one of many conversations, he mentioned Rockford, IL. I mentioned my wife, and then he mentioned they were dating in college. The rest is history.

F. William Parker and I have remained friends, and I told my sons that he was probably their real father.

I remain amazed that in just a little over a year many of us became life-long friends.
